At Heritage Structures, we stand behind our products and offer a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser that covers your structure from any manufacturing defects and material failure.

When used and maintained appropriately, Heritage Structures guarantees that our products will remain structurally sound for 25 years. Normal wear and tear, fading of exterior surfaces, and general aging, which is common of any outdoor product that is exposed to natural elements, is not covered under warranty. (Rustic structures are excluded from the lifetime warranty.)

Expected longevity of a Heritage Structure is 50-60 years with proper care. You will need to periodically clean, paint, caulk, and keep vegetation from growing around the edges of your outdoor building for sufficient air flow.
